This review is from: Arsenal 13145 General Duty Waist Pack (Tools & Home Improvement)
The compartments work well for all the small tools (tape measure, cutters, screw drivers, etc.) and other odds and ends (tape, connectors, nails, screws, wire nuts, etc.) that may be needed. It's comfortable and works well for what I need, but has a couple of design flaws. When you're wearing this pack and flip up the top fold-over portion to access the contents of this pouch, the zipper is at the bottom. Unzip it, and gravity does it's work. Makes this compartment of the pack pretty much useless.
Also, this fold-over part is secured by velcro and 2 buckles when closed. The velcro keeps it snugly closed and is good for quick access. The buckles are redundant, awkward to release, and just get in the way (I cut mine off).
