This is an awesome little bag, and great for the price.
The reflective stripes are great on the outside pockets. I like the added element of visibility the bag has to it and think that's a useful addition. The Star of Life is also a nice touch that my last case didn't have, however it's not reflective.
It comes with a strap so you can hang it on your shoulder, which is very convenient and frees up one hand. It also has a handle on the top of the bag to carry it with, if you prefer that.
The bag has three main compartments (separated by foam dividers), with two soft compartments in the front of the bag. There are also two zippered soft compartments on the sides of the bag. The main compartments and two fronts are covered by the flap of the bag. The edge of this flap has velcro on the inside where it secures to the bag, as well as the two latches on the very front outside.

When the bag came i was pleased with its size as i had read other reviews of people saying it was too small. Before i ordered it i broke out my tape measure and made sure the dimensions mentioned in the ad would be enough for me. The bag is well made and can fit just about everything i need into it with room to spare. the only issue i can think of with this bag would be that the top cover tends to sag if you carry it with the handle. great bag though, easy access and good organizing capability. i rate 5/5
