I always trust Craftsman so there is no problem at all with the toolbox in terms of it's functionality. Received the toolbox quite fast, in great condition, and in good packaging. Only problem is the fact that the advertised toolbox on Amazon's page has the traditional red top with the black bottom. I'm a bit discouraged by the fact that I got a craftsman toolbox with a yellow top and a black bottom. Again this does not affect any functionality of the product. I rated this a 4 because of the prompt shipment, good packaging, and service. Be aware that you may not get the exact pictured item when researching.
