DEWALT DG5125 5-Inch Heavy-duty Padded Belt

Spent quite a bit of time researching tool belts after the brand we usually use stopped making the one we were looking for. Most belts with padding and back support were either way too big or over $100 - this was the only one we found under $50 that looked like it was well made and comfortable. It is both, and isn't bulky/looks as good as a tool belt can look. It's nicely padded all the way around without being thick, and has tons of holes and a good length of velcro to fit a huge range of sizes. The 2'' belt is fully removable so any hook backed pouches can slide on. Like that there's a special material to help keep moisture away. It looks/feels like it would hold up well with repeated hand washings. For $25 it's a steal - we're very pleased. Note that the only other reviewer weirdly gave 2 stars before even getting it, then updated to say he loves it - lol :)

I purchased the belt after using carpenter tool belts for years. Dirty Harry said that a man should know his limitations, and I finally had to accept the fact that I'm no carpenter. Nor am I an electrician, technician or mechanic. But there are times I work at being all three to complete household projects. What I needed was a tool belt that I could customize to my immediate needs. This DeWalt belt allows me to add the pockets and holders I need for specific projects. For example, I added a drill holster and a small maintenance and electrician's pouch. This will be my default tool belt, and as the projects change so will the accessories on the tool belt. I like the versatility of this belt, and I can foresee times when I will remove all but the drill holster, which holds my drill and a magnetic tape measure holder - thus doing the job, while fulfilling any lingering Magnificent Seven gunslinger fantasies.

This belt is kind of hard to put on. First you use the velcro, then the buckle, it binds up. I won't purchase it again.
