not as universal buck holder... the size is a bit small to go completely over the bucket...hence fluffs up over handle..might stretch,,doubt it though....it is the dewalt and matches the product line...... dewalt needs to ensure the item is sewn correctly to match the circumfrence of a standard 5 gallon bucket... maybe add 1/2 inch to extisting measurement....

I use mine as a holder for all tools and accessories that are drill-related, as well as for secondary tool storage (my most-needed tools are in a smaller tool bag). I also tricked mine out with a "bucket seat" I bought elsewhere, so I can use the bucket as a seat when needed for certain tasks. Has a good variety of compartments and slots. Would have liked better screwdriver spaces though.
