It's functional and nice-looking. I was somewhat disappointed by the quality of Mini-Max Oak Chest. Some small details, like lock fitted glancing, were off. Perhaps I had too high expectation for this Chest. But it works as it should and I'm using it for the purpose I bought it.

I Think the retail value is inflated ive seen these sell for over 100 dollars. they are living off there reputation.The originals made in the USA and are priced almost twice as much but they are made of soild wood . if you can get one of these shipped under 90 bucks its worth it. There made in china but are well made they need a handle you can get a leather strap handle that works well with the Ive bought 2 im looking for a third they make great jewelery boxes for my daughters and a conversation piece on my desk at work . There good looking well built AND FUNCTIONAL
