It is well made the ball bearing drawer slides are excellent fit and finish also excellent the casters are great the lock works well. It dose every thing it is suppose to very well for a lot less than any one else. I am sixteen despite what it

I ordered this box, and was happy with it - except that it had been damaged in shipping. It took three weeks of daily phone calls to Grizzly and FedEx Freight to get it returned. Each time I called Grizzly, they said "oooooh, that's too bad" and FedEx would somehow mess up the appointment to pick up the damaged box.
I spent many hours of my time dealing with the problem, including waiting for five hours one morning for FedEx for a pick up (and they failed to show up). I spent money on long distance calling Grizzly.
Again, Grizzly's reaction was always "oh, that's too bad". But they wound never take charge and force FedEx to deal with the problem.
They refused to ship a new box until the old one arrived back in Washington, yet they charged my credit card when I ordered. They admitted that FedEx was in the wrong, but still offered no help (like shipping a new box before the old one was returned).
