after about a month the weight of the tools caused the bag to collapse. the "supports" shifted to the left and made use of the bottom storage impossible and the bag would not sit without tipping over.

This is a great bag for carrying just about anything you'll need on the jobsite, workshop, etc. There is plenty of usable space with lots and lots of pockets. It's made from good, sturdy material.

This is a great bag for the money. It has plenty of storage and, unlike some of the other reviewers, I find the bottom storage area very useful. I do concede that there is a design flaw which leads to the bag collapsing on the lower storage compartment. However, with about two 15" pieces of scrap 1 x 6 (ripped to about 4 1/2") and a few screws, this problem can be fixed in about 10 minutes. While this does take away a little of the storage in the lower compartment, it solves the problem others have complained about. I have two of these bags with these modifications and they have held up well for over a year. In a perfect world the manufacturer would have figured out the design flaw and taken corrective action. However, in the imperfect world we live in, sometimes a little ingenuity is required to take something that is flawed and make it into something truly useful.
