The description says...
*Great for transporting contracts, quotations, work orders, plans, and schedules.

You certainly wouldn't want to try to carry any type of tools (or anything else for that matter) along with your contracts, work orders, etc, since there is absolutly no storage other than the main compartment.

It is very light weight, but the material seems like it is very strong. If you have car keys, an MP3 player, anything of that nature to carry around along with paperwork, this isn't going to work for you. I should have not assumed there would be storage pockets and just kept shoppping. My bad.
