STURDY...but...HEAVY!,

I work as a Residential Building Contractor, and bought this to hold some of my bigger hammers and bars(on the bottom), and a lot of my assorted smaller tools on the top removable tray. First and foremost, I must say that this toolbox is built with a very high standard. The body is heavy-duty steel, the latches are very durable and fit locks with no problem. Though, all of these great features lead to it's main fault: it is REALLY HEAVY! Once you fill this box, with all the space it provides, for tools you really have to labor to carry this thing around! There are side handle-grips that are built into the box that help with lifting, but you still have to perform a mild "squat" to save your back. I don't know about most people, but lifting this box in and out of my truck at the beginning and end of the day takes it's toll on me. In the end I ended up getting a storage box that had two wheels and a handle--a lot easier!

I have found it hard to find a tool box that is durable and built to last. This is the box, but let me tell you it is very heavy.

the tool box is a very good design of a basic tool box, it has a large enough area to fit the basic tools in it
