This same apron is sold at several wood working stores (i.e. Highland and Rockler) and is very good product in several areas. This includes: comfortable fitting with an adjustable strap behind your back, positions itself over the shoulders vs. around the neck, general thickness of leather should provide you with some protection, several pockets available for small items, and of course price. I paid approx. $49.99 plus 8 in shipping.

this is a good apron but i found that the covering flaps got in the way and also it will be uncomfortably warm if you wear it long periods. I think i need to go back to my 6 month durable mechanix apron.

The apron was a gift for my son by his sister and myself. The merchandise appeared to be of good quality and the recipient vry pleased with it. As far how he feels about it we will have to wait and see.
