Comment: Best Quality, Best Price, American-Made Don't Buy Dickey Suspenders or Carhardtt They're made with slave labor instead of being made by Americans. Stop blaming politicians, and start being responsible for America yourself. These suspenders are U.S.-made, and did put food on the table for an American. They are extremely-high-quality merchandise. The quality of the chrome plating is superior. The fabric is so tough, it almost seems bulletprooof. The clasps have very strong spring tension. I think I've said it all.

Comment: My husband does a lot of honeydos and these suspenders are great for holding up the britches with comfort. Not for a dressy type situation though. These are heavier and the clamps hang on well for all that bending, lifting, etc. Also, I don't think you can get any better quality in the more expensive suspenders.

Comment: The ad talks about the heavy duty snaps but I have to fold over the waistband of my jeans to get a double thickness for the snaps to grab. Even at that, occasionally a random one will pop loose. And I don't have a big gut that these suspenders have fight against. They were a bargain, but I will try a different brand next time.

Comment: Amazon is great. I knew exactly what I needed -- suspenders to hold up pants while on the motorcycle -- but I didn't want the agony of shopping all over, buying things that only half work, and then having to continue to look. Amazon solves that problem time after time. As for the suspenders, they are much better than anything you'd find in WalMart, and though pricey, I hope they'll give me years of service so who cares!
They are just as described. The fasteners could eventually chew into the fabric I imagine, but I can live with that for this application.

Comment: These are great suspenders. They work best for work pants. Made very well, east to adjust and very comfortable.
