The Milwaukee Soft Side Case (48-55-2401) that was received is not new. It definitely seems the storage case has been previously used to store other items. The internal elastic straps are stretched out, and there are operational manuals for a Milwaukee Compact Driver (2401-20) and Battery Charger (48-59-2401) inside the internal pouch. This item was sold by "Your Best Price," and fulfilled by Amazon.
