Maybe I should have measured to grasp the real dimensions of the product because when I opened it I was as little surprise on how big it was. Nonetheless I love the product. I'm a 5th year medical student and I have to carry around a bunch of stuff and they not always fit the pockets of my lab coat and scrubs. It is thin and it has space for everything and it doesn't make you look bulgy not it becomes too heavy. In ways I find it better than a fanny pack. =)

I work as a Respiratory Therapist and needless to say I carry a lot of equipment. The pockets on my scrubs are just not enough so I bought this organizer belt and the problem was solved. It adjusts very easily and has lots of space for pens, pulse ox, etc. A must have if you work in the medical field and carry lots of stuff!

cheap, hot plastic. Skinny cheap belt that doesn't hold unless you tie it in a knot. Bunches up when you sit down, but that should be expected, I should have tried the smaller side pouch.
