Holds a variety of Punch-Down Tools, Pliers, Electrician's Scissors, etc., as well as medium size Multi-tools and pocket knives. (i.e. the Leatherman Juice). Positive retention spring clip will not slip off standard pants belt or Sam Browne. Can be worn with or without a belt.
