Try finding a small metal tool box at one of the big box hardware stores, or even Sears for that matter. Everything is plastic or cloth of if it's metal it is huge. They all feel cheap to me.

This is a great box for a few simple tools around the house, or a little kit to keep in a car or truck. Good quality, perfect size and believe it or not the sticker on the box says Made in America. Nice to see.

Here at the factory, we use these to store our measurement instruments and transport them to and from our calibration laboratory to the production machinery. They get used daily and these Stack-on boxes are by far the best we've had. We've tried several other similar sized boxes but none of them hold up as well or as long, failing after 6 months to 2 years. The Stack-On boxes we currently have are all 5 years or older and still going strong. The ones we just purchased were to replace the other brands that won't hold up as well. An excellent product at a reasonable price!

Hard to find a small metal toolbox, but this is perfect for fitting in the wheelwell of your trunk and yet hold enough tools for a roadside emergency.
