The problem with most tool bags is that tools lay horizontally and tend to pile up on each other. There's a lot of clanking noise and frustration trying to find the right tool and the tools tend to suffer damage from this. With some bags, even the handle seems to get in your way.
So why can't more tool bags store items vertically? Well, this one does but doesn't sacrifice storage space.
This tool bag is typical of the "electrician's style": tools stack vertically in the center with 12 pockets on the outside (8 deep wide, 2 deep narrow; 1 sleeved flap; 1 zipped pocket).
The 10 deep pockets are able to hold wrenches and screwdrivers securely. They are limited the flat/narrow-like items that I mentioned.

Very nice product. Very sturdy and fairly priced too. The center pouches are nice for impact drill snad larger items. Overall a nice bag.

I use this "bucket style bag" every single day. I go into high end homes and perform residential installations of window coverings. I can't express the perfection of which the design is absolutely phenomenal. It makes me feel more professional and has great "curb appeal" upon entering the clients homes. I can set the tool bag down on the floor and not worry about marring those expensive hardwood floors.
The whole construction has ridged support for the sides. The handle brackets are stiff but flexible, and are reinforced. The D ring attachment will last for a very long time.
The plastic bottom is a somewhat slippery, but if it were a rubber bottom the product would be much more in price. You'll never have to replace the bag because a tool caused a break in the bottom.
The center divider is movable and I personally don't use it. This allows me to insert my whole leather tool belt inside the large mouth opening. The divider is kind of hokey, but I can...Read more
