I purchased this to house my new model Victorinox Soldier which it does adequately. However, other Victorinox sheaths I have have a larger patch of velcro on the flap to adjust for different size knives but this one has a smaller patch and there's about a quarter inch gap between the top of the knife and where the crease is for the flap. I don't have any concerns of the knife faling out but it doesn't hold it as secure, in my thinking anyways, if it was tightly against the knife and more velcro was there to secure it closed. Otherwise I'm happy with the quality of Victorinox and would purchase another one if I were to get another large Victorinox.

It is a good all purpose larger lockblade knife (4"-5") pouch. I don't usually find a need to carry that big of a knife, but if I did this would work well. Still not crazy about velcro closures.

Sturdy and well made. It's a one-size-fits-all, so the knife I bought kind of floats around, but with the Velcro fastener, that isn't a problem.
