Sure it's cheap, but this thing is kinda small ... and all the tool holder areas are tiny except the cell-phone holder which works just fine and has a good amount of padding.

As long as you don't have one of the big fat-max tape measures it would work for a little trouble-shooting bag.

You can put a pencil, notepad, small tape, 2 small tools and cell phone in it and it does OK.
